Aditional Rules:

–>No additional undisclosed guests are allowed. Every undisclosed guest will be charged $50 per night. Please make sure you are making reservation for a correct amount of people. If there are any last minute changes, lets us know asap and we will keep the standard $20 per night for extra guest.

–>No noise or loud music past 10 pm is allowed. Please be mindful of the hour and the level of the noise you are making. Do not blast the music, honk the car horns or scream across the desert if it is 10 pm or later. We still have neighbors in the desert, so please be respectful of that.

–>No wild parties are permitted. Every event, like birthday parties, weddings receptions etc needs to be disclosed ahead of time and agreed upon.

–>No pets are allowed in the house.

–>Absolutely no smoking in the house! If you are smoking outside, please collect your cigarettes buds and put them in the trash.

–>Please collect your beer bottles, water bottles and all other trash from the patio and backyard next morning or before you leave.

–>Please make sure you have enough time to clean the kitchen and pick up the house before you leave.

–>No fireworks outside or inside!

–> If you are using the fire-pit, please make sure you are not making the fire too big, especially if it is getting windy. Joshua Tree fire department wants everybody to get a permit before making outdoor fire, so keeping your fire rather small than too big will help you stay safe and out of troubles.
